How To Integrate Mailchimp with WordPress

There are two steps involved in connecting the Mailchimp account with the WordPress website.

• Create API Keys on mailchimp account
• Install a plugin called ‘MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress‘ on WordPress and pass the API key information.

Create API Key on mailchimp account

1. After logging into the Mailchimp Navigate to Account & Billing section under the profile in the right corner.
2. Find Extras and Click on API Keys.

3. Click on Create A Key and Choose a name for it.

4. A key will be automatically generated. Copy the key and Press Done.

Install a plugin called ‘MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress’ on WordPress and pass the API key information.

1. After logging into the WordPress dashboard Go to Plugins -> Add New Plugin .

2. Search for the plugin called MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress. 

3. Click on Install Now and then Activate.

4. Go to MC4WP and pass the API key copied from Mailchimp and Save Changes.
